Descubre tu fuente de inspiración: A través de prácticas de yoga y meditación, aprenderás a conectarte contigo mismo/a de una manera más profunda, desarrollando tu intuición, abriendo así las puertas a nuevas ideas creativas y perspectivas frescas.
Explora tu creatividad sin límites: Mediante técnicas extraídas de la danza y el teatro, te animaremos a dejar de lado las inhibiciones, trabajaremos el cuerpo, y exploraremos nuevas formas de expresión. No hay reglas ni juicios aquí, solo libertad para crear.
Nutre tu alma creativa: Este taller es más que solo técnicas artísticas; es un viaje de autoexpresión y autoconocimiento. A través de actividades diseñadas para desafiar tu mente y cuerpo, te ayudaremos a liberar bloqueos creativos y a descubrir el verdadero potencial de tu creatividad.
Conexión y comunidad: Únete a un grupo de personas apasionadas por el arte y la creatividad. Este taller es una oportunidad para conectarte con otros artist@s, compartir experiencias y aprender unos de otros en un ambiente inclusivo y colaborativo!
